What this is
Not a retreat. Not a conference. A proximity engine.
SOTI exists because the best online people should meet offline. A house creates a trusted room where people live together, work on their own projects, share meals, and use the city around them for useful collisions.
Barcelona gives us a softer winter base: enough calm for deep work, enough city energy for dinners and external rooms, and enough shared context for the week to become more than a trip with events.
