What SOTI is
SOTI is a community of founders, builders and operators, operated by Valera Technologies Limited. Our website helps people discover the community, apply for gatherings and access member services. Houses are one way we meet; participation does not guarantee investment, introductions, business results or a place at a particular event.
Using the service
Provide accurate information, use your own account and keep access secure. Do not impersonate another member, misuse a badge, scrape personal information, send spam or interfere with the website. Treat members with respect and do not publish their private conversations, contact information or work without permission.
Your membership badge
A SOTI badge is a personal community credential. It is not a payment card, identity document, investment or guarantee of access to every gathering. Specific access and benefits depend on the relevant activity. We may correct or revoke an incorrectly issued or misused badge, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect members or the service.
Gatherings and payments
An application or badge is not a confirmed booking. Dates, availability, prices, what is included, and cancellation or refund conditions for a paid gathering must be provided separately before you commit. These website terms do not replace those conditions or your statutory consumer rights.
Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of the work and content you share. Only submit material you are entitled to share. We use submitted information to provide the requested community services, as explained in our privacy notice. Sharing an idea with other members does not automatically create a confidentiality agreement.
Availability and outside services
We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but features, schedules and availability may change. External websites and providers have their own terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory legal rights.
Questions, leaving and changes
You can stop using the website or request account closure at any time. Contact adrianvalrom@gmail.com for help, concerns or questions about these terms. We will date updates on this page and communicate significant changes when appropriate; separate existing booking agreements are not silently replaced by website updates.
